  • Speak with our advisory team: Our advisory team can be contacted at 0800 324 636 between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (except on public holidays).
  • After-hours support: If your call is urgent and outside normal business hours, our after-hours service provider will take it.
  • Report an environmental incident: If you're contacting us about an environmental issue which involves contaminants in waterways and/or unauthorised discharges to land or air, it's important to notify us immediately by phone on 0800 765 588 (24/7). Alternatively, the Snap Send Solve app is a good way to report an environmental incident.
  • Apply for or change a resource consent: If you want to apply for a new resource consent or change a current one, please send the completed forms to the email address quoted on the application form.
  • Request for official information: You can submit a request for information under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act (LGOIMA). 
  • General enquiry, data request, complaint or compliment: For general enquiries, data requests, feedback and compliments, and complaints, complete the online form below, and we'll get back to you.
  • Public transport: For any information about timetables, buses, Metrocard and fares, contact our Metro team
